Does my home need to be a certain price point for you to work with me?
No. Although I am specially trained and educated to work with Luxury (~$1.5M+) properties, I love assisting any and everyone who seeks thorough, detailed, and valuable real estate advice. I would be honored to assist you in selling your home or buying a new one, no matter what you want to spend.
What areas of Atlanta do you cover?
I firmly believe no agent can fully know every inch of Atlanta. It’s a disservice to our clients to try to cover every section of a 6-million person metropolitan area only to gain business. I focus on the North Atlanta suburbs (East Cobb, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Milton, Marietta, Smyrna, and parts of Canton), as well as Brookhaven and Dunwoody/ Chamblee. My specialty market includes the Pope High School and Walton High clusters in East Cobb where I reside.
Is there a cost associated with working with a REALTOR®?
Absolutely. Depending on your unique situation, you may end up paying agent compensation, or it will be paid by another party in our transaction, or a combination of both. Contact me to discuss what this could look like for you.

Do you accept Relocation clients?
Yes! I love helping families who face the daunting task of relocating to a new area. My husband and I have moved cross-country before and I fully understand the feelings that go along with all of the moving pieces.
